Pat Matthews BBS, QFA, who has spent over 12 years in the financial services business in Ireland, set up Smart Finance in July 2003. After graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Studies, Pat became a Qualified Financial Adviser in 2001. These qualifications have enabled him to provide, qualified, practical and straightforward financial solutions to his private and corporate clients.
 

Pat is a member of the Life Insurance Association (LIA), and The Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA).  As a member of these organisations, Pat is bound to adhere to their code of conduct, which ensures that he provides qualified advice for clients, while acting in their best interest, with due care, skill, diligence, and honesty.
