Syndicated property investments are characterised by the following key points:

  • The equity raised is normally invested in office or retail properties.

  • Client investment is on an non recourse basis.

  • The properties selected are normally pre-let to tenants.

  • Anticipated yields of 6.5%.

  • 65% to 80% gearing.

  • No Cap on potential returns to investors.

  • Internal Rates of Return of, for example, 12%.

  • Tax efficient structures for investors.

  • Investment through Pensions is possible.

  • Minimum investment amount €50,000 to €100,000.

  • Investment terms of 5 to 7 years.
